Novi Sad School of Journalism is organizing the Conference "Privatization of the media - a chance or disappearance?“.

Conference will be held in the Hall no. 1 of AP Vojvodina. Address: Vladike Platona bb in Novi Sad; Date/time: Monday, 16 November 2015, at 10.00 am.

Novi Sad School of Journalism will present the analysis of transformation of media ownership, which ended on 31 October 2015. The results of the analysis will serve as an incentive for participants to speak about possible ways of solving the problems incurred as a result of this process. The conference will be attended by media representatives, national minority councils which are responsible for the information in minority languages, as well as the representatives of associations of journalists. Guests from Croatia and Slovenia will speak about the privatization processes in these countries, and thus will provide a significant contribution to the discussion.

The monitoring team Novi Sad School of Journalism followed the entire process of change of ownership of the state-centric media, that officially ended on 31 October 2015.
